- Own engagement and retention metrics, using data and patient insight to connect product decisions to health outcomes and commercial impact
- Partner with design and clinicians to raise the standard of quality, so insights feel intuitive, trustworthy and distinctive
- Collaborate with clinicians, data, design and engineering, and senior stakeholders, to unblock execution and deliver cohesive outcomes

- Commercial and analytical rigour, measuring outcomes and interpreting quantitative and qualitative signals
- Strong product sense and ownership, with influence without authority
What we offer
- Mentorship from leaders across Australia, the UK, Germany and Japan, and collaboration with teams in the Philippines and South Africa
- Learning budgets, conferences, certifications, peer shadowing and a global knowledge-sharing culture
