Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

Allshelter is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to open doors for the sales team. You will connect with existing contacts, uncover new prospects, and turn conversations into qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and start conversations with potential customers.
• Work through existing CRM contacts and prospect databases to uncover opportunities.
• Research upcoming projects and identify the organisations and people involved.
• Find key decision‑makers and build new contacts within target businesses.
• Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and qualify opportunities before handing them to Solution Specialists.
• Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date so nothing gets lost.
• Share useful customer, market and competitor insights with the wider team.

Required profile

• Enjoys talking to people and can build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable making plenty of outbound calls throughout the day.
• Can handle hearing “no” without letting it derail the next conversation.
• Curious and confident asking questions to uncover more information.
• Take ownership and follow opportunities through.
• Organised and understands the importance of keeping good records.
• Brings energy, initiative and a willingness to learn.
