Customer Service Consultant

About the role

Team Global Express is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join its Banksmeadow Contact Centre as Customer Service Consultants. You will handle inbound phone, email and chat interactions, receiving full training and later moving to a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Address all customer queries promptly and professionally across multiple channels.
• Provide empathetic, resilient support while multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Educate customers on using self‑service platforms effectively.
• Capture accurate data and service requests using CRM systems.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator able to adapt style to diverse customer personalities.
• Team‑oriented with a strong customer‑service focus.
• Comfortable with technology and quick problem‑solving.
• Ability to multitask across various systems while maintaining quality.
