Lead Educator - Brand New Service

About the role

A brand-new 92-place early learning service with 5 rooms is opening in Ferntree Gully in August. The employer is looking for three Diploma-qualified Lead Educators to join from day one, with opportunities across all age groups. The role is full-time.

If you are already a Story House employee, apply through the main site and speak with your manager first. Shortlisted candidates complete a short one-way video interview, then attend an assessment day at the service to meet the Service Manager and potential teammates.

Required profile

• Diploma qualification in early childhood education.
• Commitment to child safety, inclusion and respectful relationships with children and families; all applicants undergo child safety screening, including Working with Children Checks and reference checks.
