About the role

Story House Early Learning is building a brand-new, purpose-built 92-place early learning service in Ferntree Gully, with five rooms, and is hiring a 2nd in Charge (2IC) to join the team from the ground up. The 2IC works alongside the Service Manager in a float leadership role, helping to guide the team, strengthen practice and set the tone from day one.

The role suits someone who wants to help shape the culture of the service and influence how each room comes to life, within a supportive network of established leaders and strong leadership support.
