Lead Auditor – Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001)

About the role

SAI Global – Intertek is seeking a Lead Auditor based in Perth to join its Management Systems Audit team. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering external audits against internationally recognised standards and supporting the company’s strategic vision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients across industries such as construction, manufacturing, engineering and health services.
• Plan, conduct and report on third‑party audits for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 27001:2022.
• Ensure audits are performed timely, with appropriate risk assessment and technical rigour to meet accreditation requirements.
• Interface directly with clients, senior auditors, client‑relation managers and operations teams.
• Develop audit plans, execute fieldwork, produce audit reports and follow‑up on corrective actions.
• Contribute to the development and achievement of SAI Global Assurance Services’ strategic objectives.
• Travel to client sites as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Extensive full‑time experience in Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
• Proven experience conducting third‑party audits across multiple sectors.
• Ability to engage with all organisational levels, from executives to operational staff.
• Strong report‑writing, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently and lead audit teams with minimal supervision.
