About the role

Hamilton Locke is seeking an enthusiastic and hard‑working Lawyer or Senior Associate to join the Construction & Infrastructure team in Melbourne, working alongside Partner Elena Stojcevski on complex construction and commercial disputes.

Key responsibilities

Provide front‑end legal services and back‑end dispute resolution for major construction, energy, real estate and civil infrastructure projects.
Manage complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes and construction claims.

Required profile

Admitted lawyer in Australia with 3–7 years of experience.
Demonstrated construction and infrastructure experience, either in‑house or at a reputable law firm.

Required skills

Construction law expertise.
Litigation and commercial dispute handling.
