About the role
This is a new opportunity for a lawyer passionate about the energy sector to develop expertise in renewables while working with top‑tier clients on all phases of projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project sale and acquisition transactions, including due diligence.
- Assess project feasibility, grid connection, and regulatory compliance.
- Support finance, offtake, construction and operation aspects of energy projects.
- Receive training in renewables under a senior partner for prominent clients.
Required profile
- 5 to 8 years post‑qualification experience in corporate M&A and/or energy matters.
- Demonstrated passion for the energy and renewables space.
- Willingness to specialise further in renewables law.
