Lawyer – Litigation and Dispute Resolution

About the role

McCullough Robertson is seeking a motivated lawyer to join its Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Sydney. You will work alongside senior partners and experienced practitioners on a varied mix of commercial disputes, developing client relationships and advocacy skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing commercial litigation matters across sectors such as energy, resources, manufacturing and government.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions and other court documents, and communicate with clients.
• Participate actively in case strategy, attend hearings and support senior counsel.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience in a commercial litigation practice.
• Strong foundational litigation skills, attention to detail and high‑quality work output.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
