About the role

Join MRA Search’s Sydney office as a Legal Recruitment Consultant, working alongside leading consultants in the APAC legal search market. You will be part of a fast‑growing, ambitious team that places lawyers and legal professionals in top domestic and global law firms and in‑house roles.

Key responsibilities

• Engage law firm clients to secure recruitment assignments.
• Manage the full 360° recruitment process, from sourcing qualified legal professionals to presenting candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with the private practice team on high‑profile mandates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and the right to work in Australia.
• Growth‑mindset attitude, resilience, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for developing a career in recruitment and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Ability to spend significant time on the phone and in‑person meetings.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
