Lawyer – Corporate Law, Reward & Employee Share Plans

About the role

Join EY's market‑leading Reward team as a legal adviser, working on employee equity plans and remuneration projects for ASX‑listed groups, early‑stage businesses and private companies.

Key responsibilities

• Help clients design and implement equity‑based incentive plans, drafting plan documents and providing legal and regulatory advice.
• Support a range of head‑office legal and governance matters, including AGMs, executive appointments and terminations, and compliance with the Corporations Act and Listing Rules.
• Mentor junior team members to develop their legal expertise.

Required profile

• Experience gained in a consulting firm, law firm or other professional services organisation.
• Strong legal advisory and drafting abilities, preferably with exposure to corporate law, governance and employee equity plans.
• Excellent time‑ and people‑management capabilities.
