About the role
DLA Piper’s Litigation and Regulatory practice is expanding and seeks a talented Senior Associate to join its Melbourne team. You will work directly with the Global Co‑Chair for Class Actions and Mass Torts, gaining exposure to high‑stakes, complex litigation across multiple sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Handle complex insurance litigation, product liability disputes and high‑profile class actions.
- Conduct regulatory investigations in sectors such as life sciences, manufacturing, insurance, sport, and food & beverage.
Required profile
- Minimum 5+ years PQE in private practice with strong litigation, regulatory and class action experience.
- Demonstrated ability to run matters autonomously, mentor junior lawyers and manage client relationships.
