Law Graduate – Strata Team

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Law Graduate to join our Queensland strata team in the Gold Coast (Robina) office. You will work closely with experienced lawyers and partners, gaining hands‑on exposure to a broad range of strata matters while developing litigation, dispute resolution and advisory skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist on a variety of strata matters, including litigation and dispute resolution.
• Develop advisory skills by supporting senior lawyers on client matters.
• Gradually take on greater responsibility and manage your own matters as experience grows.

Required profile

• Completed or nearing completion of a Bachelor of Laws (or equivalent).
• Working towards admission as a lawyer in Queensland.
• Previous experience in a legal environment such as paralegal, law clerk or legal assistant.
• Understanding of the litigation process and interest in dispute resolution and strata law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong time‑management and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn.
