Law Graduate – Litigation & Dispute Resolution

About the role

Chambers Russell Lawyers, a fast-growing national mid-tier law firm, is looking for a Law Graduate to join its Sydney team in early 2027. Working closely with experienced lawyers and partners, you will gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of matters and develop your skills across litigation, dispute resolution and advisory work, gradually taking on more responsibility and managing your own matters.

Required profile

• Completed, or nearly completed, a Bachelor of Laws or equivalent qualification.
• Working towards admission as a lawyer in New South Wales.
• Previous experience in a legal environment as a paralegal, law clerk or legal assistant.
• A sound understanding of the litigation process and a genuine interest in dispute resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong time management and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive approach, strong initiative, willingness to learn and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
