Laundry Supervisor

About the role

The Ayers Rock Resort is seeking an energetic Laundry Supervisor to lead its commercial laundry team. Based onsite in Yulara, NT, you will ensure the delivery of high‑quality clean linen, guest laundry, and staff uniforms that support daily resort operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production of clean linen, guest laundry, and uniforms.
• Supervise shift leaders and laundry attendants, directing factory and pressing activities.
• Assist the Assistant Manager with administrative duties during manager absence.
• Handle payroll, end‑of‑month reporting, stock ordering, rostering, incident reporting, and equipment maintenance.

• Ability to manage a diverse, tight‑knit team in a fast‑paced environment.
