Landscape Construction Apprentice (Certificate III)

About the role

Australian Training Company is looking for a motivated Landscape Construction Apprentice to join a growing landscape construction business in Western Sydney. This full‑time, paid apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience on commercial projects while you work towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Landscape Construction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with landscape construction tasks such as paving, building retaining walls, installing decking and fencing.
• Learn turf installation, planting and other landscaping techniques.
• Perform general labour, site preparation and operate hand tools, power tools and machinery under supervision.
• Read plans, follow job specifications and maintain clean, safe work sites.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Physically capable of hands‑on construction work and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow health and safety procedures.
• Prepared to attend TAFE and meet apprenticeship requirements.
