Key Major Accounts – Commercial Sales Role

About the role

Join Rexel’s high‑performing internal sales team in Adelaide and become the primary point of contact for major commercial customers across the electrical, data and communications sectors. You will work closely with Territory Sales Managers to ensure a consistent, professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the branch contact for designated major accounts, supporting TSMs in relationship management.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and process orders through to completion.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and other channels, providing product information, pricing and order updates.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer and sales data in the PRONTO system.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and contribute to a collaborative, safety‑focused branch culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, internal sales, account management or a customer‑focused commercial role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Commercially minded with a focus on achieving sales outcomes.
• Organised, able to manage multiple quotes and orders simultaneously.
• Team player who thrives in a busy environment.
