Key Account Manager – Lifestyle

About the role

Reebok is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead the commercial success of its largest wholesale customers across footwear, apparel and accessories in Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with top retail partners such as JD Sports, Foot Locker and The Iconic to develop strategic plans, identify growth opportunities and ensure flawless execution of product, marketing and sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic wholesale partnerships, creating long‑term account plans that drive sustainable sales and profitability.
• Lead customer ranging, trading and go‑to‑market activities to support successful product launches.
• Analyse sales, inventory and sell‑through data to uncover opportunities and provide commercial recommendations.
• Conduct regular business reviews and planning sessions with key retail partners.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Planning, Merchandise and Commercial teams to align product and promotional strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify new growth avenues.
• Prepare accurate reporting, forecasting and performance updates for internal stakeholders and customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, National Accounts or wholesale sales within fashion, footwear, sporting goods or consumer products.
• Strong commercial and analytical abilities with a proven track record of interpreting sales data.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for sport, lifestyle or fashion brands.
