Key Account Manager – Corporate Gifting & Activations

About the role

Miei is seeking a highly organised, polished and client‑focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of about 50 corporate accounts while actively developing new business opportunities. Reporting to the General Manager, you will deliver an end‑to‑end client experience, from brief to creative proposal, execution and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Manage approximately 50 existing corporate accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and building trusted, long‑term relationships.
• Translate client briefs into tailored concepts, work with creative teams, and oversee projects from proposal through to delivery and installation.
• Guide clients on corporate activations, seasonal campaigns and forward planning for key occasions such as Easter, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, build a pipeline of prospective clients, and leverage referrals and introductions.
• Provide on‑site support for installations and events, ensuring quality standards and resolving any issues promptly.
• Raise and manage client orders, coordinate invoicing, monitor deadlines and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, client services, corporate sales support, events, gifting or hospitality.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with confidence engaging senior corporate stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, intuitive approach to anticipating client needs and offering thoughtful recommendations.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on retention, referrals and business growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva for creating client presentations and visual concepts.
• Experience with CRM or client‑management platforms such as Clevio.
