About the role

As a Junior Strategy Consultant at Strategy&, you will help shape the future of Australia’s leading organisations across finance, mining, technology, energy and health. Working at the analytical core of engagements, you will translate complex data into actionable insights that drive client decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and test hypotheses, build frameworks and conduct research for client projects.
• Synthesize complex information into clear insights and present findings confidently.
• Own workstreams, manage deliverables and reconcile ambiguous data.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and thought‑leadership creation.
• Collaborate with lean, adaptable teams and operate with a high degree of autonomy.

Required profile

• Sharp, curious thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on precision.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to take initiative without direction.
• Interest in building deep sector knowledge in finance, mining, technology, energy or health.
