Junior Store Assistant – Retail Team Member

About the role
Kick‑start your retail career with ALDI as a Junior Store Assistant. You’ll join a diverse, inclusive team that values training, growth and delivering great service to everyday Australians.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in locating products on the shop floor with a friendly attitude.
- Maintain clean, organised and visually appealing aisles.
- Perform back‑of‑store duties such as unloading, unpacking and restocking shelves.
Required profile
- Availability to work weekends, after‑school hours (4 pm‑9 pm) and during school holidays.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and strong work ethic.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
