Junior Product Manager – FMCG

About the role

Jamesly is seeking a Junior Product Manager to drive the development of multiple FMCG product ranges, including accessories, cosmetic bags, gifting, body care, pet, and household cleaning items. This hands‑on role requires managing several projects simultaneously, coordinating stakeholders, and keeping timelines on track in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate product ranges from brief through sampling, approval and hand‑over to production.
• Build and maintain detailed critical paths for multiple concurrent projects.
• Drive projects forward by following up on actions, resolving issues and meeting deadlines.
• Manage specifications, materials, components, packaging formats and cost targets.
• Ensure ranges are cohesive, commercially relevant and scalable for target markets.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, approvals and product information.
• Monitor target costings, margins and feasibility throughout development.
• Communicate risks, delays or cost pressures early to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Creative, Operations, Quality, Sales and Marketing teams to align product concepts with production capabilities and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular updates to the Founder and senior project managers.

• Strong communication skills across creative, commercial and operational teams.
