Junior Producer

About the role

Join Droga5 Sydney as a Junior Producer, supporting the delivery of integrated advertising campaigns across broadcast, social, digital, print and radio. Work alongside experienced producers and collaborate with creative, business management and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support producers from brief to final delivery, coordinating schedules, meetings, approvals and completion reports.
• Assist with radio production, including studio coordination, script preparation, talent bookings and session logistics.
• Maintain talent usage records, manage renewals and rollovers via TalentPay.
• Coordinate logistics for shoots, recordings and travel, and manage asset tracking.
• Build and maintain production trackers, estimates, budgets and status reports.
• Handle purchase orders, invoicing, reconciliations and production administration.
• Manage TV CAD and TV CAB approvals and broadcast asset dispatches across Australia and New Zealand.

Required profile

• 1-2 years experience in advertising, production, content, media or a creative agency environment.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Understanding of advertising production processes and agency workflows.
• Proactive, calm attitude and willingness to learn from senior production professionals.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and AI‑enabled ways of working.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Confidence working with production systems and workflow tools.
