Junior PMO Analyst – Data & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a Junior PMO Analyst to join an IT Project Management Office. The role focuses on maintaining project data, producing portfolio reports and supporting financial administration for a portfolio of technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and validate project information within the portfolio management system.
• Produce regular portfolio and project reports for PMO and leadership teams.
• Analyse project data to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness.
• Assist with invoice reconciliation and project financial tracking.
• Support project governance through accurate reporting and documentation.
• Work with Project Managers to resolve data discrepancies and improve reporting quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvements across PMO reporting and data management processes.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a Data Analyst, PMO Analyst, Project Support or similar analytical role.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Comfortable producing reports and analysing project information.
• Exposure to project environments or understanding of the project lifecycle is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
