Junior Patisserie Trainer & Assessor

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Trainer and Assessor to support our patisserie training programmes. Working under the guidance of a qualified trainer, you will deliver practical sessions, develop learning resources and assist with assessments for aspiring pastry professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions for assigned Units of Competency, facilitating practical demonstrations and maintaining attendance records.
• Assist in creating, reviewing and updating learning resources, organising training materials and supporting procurement of equipment.
• Support assessment activities by completing observation checklists and recording evidence under the supervision of a qualified assessor.
• Provide guidance to learners on course requirements, track their progress and ensure accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Certificate III or Certificate IV in Patisserie.
• Relevant industry experience aligned with the Units of Competency.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or willingness to obtain it.
