Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Sydney team at Ingenuity Design Group. You will support B2B marketing initiatives for a leading product design consultancy, working closely with the Chief Growth Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing and optimising digital campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Create, schedule and monitor content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Reddit.
• Support the development of B2B email campaigns and automated flows.
• Produce written and visual assets for websites, blogs, newsletters and promotional material.
• Maintain the Ingenuity website through CMS updates.
• Track KPIs such as CTR, conversions, ROAS and engagement, prepare reports and share insights.
• Manage day‑to‑day marketing tasks and deadlines using ClickUp.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing best practices and contribute fresh ideas.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of marketing experience or relevant coursework/internship.
• Self‑starter, curious and eager to learn.
• Strong interest in B2B marketing, content creation and lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently while taking direction from the CMO.
