Junior Business Development Representative (Full-Cycle Sales)

About the role

Rendify, a 3D rendering studio expanding into Australia, is looking for a Junior Business Development Representative to own the full sales cycle. You will be the first on‑ground sales professional, responsible for generating new business, closing deals and ensuring a great onboarding experience for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and cold‑call furniture brands, design studios, builders and developers across Australia.
• Conduct product demos, negotiate and close new contracts.
• Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth first project delivery.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Manage a pipeline that is 60 % warm inbound leads and 40 % self‑generated outbound leads.

Required profile

• Based in Australia with full working rights.
• Self‑starter comfortable with a few hours of daily overlap with a Canada‑based team.
• Confident phone communicator who enjoys cold‑calling.
• Organised enough to juggle prospecting, demos and client management within the same week.
• Interest or background in architecture, interior design, construction or furniture is a plus.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of A$65,000–A$75,000 plus superannuation.
• Uncapped commission on new deals and recurring revenue.
• First‑year on‑target earnings of A$95,000–A$110,000+.
• Full training from the Sales Director, live shadowing and weekly coaching.
• Remote work with a Canada‑based team and a few hours of daily overlap.
