About the role

Early Start Australia, part of the APM Group, is seeking passionate allied‑health and early‑childhood professionals to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary therapy team delivering life‑changing outcomes for children, young adults and families.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide therapy supports to achieve meaningful participant outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists and service providers to create seamless support experiences.
• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork across Early Start Australia and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Support high‑quality, person‑centred service delivery and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in disability, health, education or early‑intervention sectors.
• Strong clinical reasoning, case‑management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Commitment to delivering person‑centred, evidence‑informed services.
• Passion for empowering people to maximise participation and independence.
