ITTS Specialist - Advisory, Transfer Pricing or Tax Controversy

About the role

EY's International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice is growing across Australia and is expanding its Advisory, Transfer Pricing and Tax Controversy capabilities. It is looking for experienced tax professionals to deepen their expertise in one of these specialist areas, working on complex, high-impact tax matters for large multinationals, private equity, managed funds and high-growth businesses. The role can be performed from any EY office across Australia and may be adjusted to work flexibly, including reduced hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist tax advice within your chosen ITTS discipline on technically complex and commercially significant matters.
• Deliver high-quality written advice and client solutions with strong technical analysis and clear communication.
• Build trusted client relationships and collaborate with local and global EY teams.
• At Manager and Senior Manager level, lead engagements, mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Required profile

• Experience in ITTS Advisory, Transfer Pricing or Tax Controversy in a professional services, legal or corporate tax environment, at Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager or Director level.
• Strong technical and research capability, with the ability to turn complex tax issues into clear, practical advice.
• Commercial mindset, sound judgement and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative approach, curiosity to keep learning and comfort adopting technology, including AI.
