IT & Workplace Support Engineer – Multiple Opportunities

About the role

The Missing Link is seeking IT & Workplace Support Engineers to join its team and work onsite with a leading Australian telecommunications organisation. You will act as a trusted technology partner, delivering real‑time assistance to end users across a large‑scale enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite, deskside and walk‑up IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and connectivity issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests from identification through to resolution.
• Deploy, configure and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Support onboarding activities, office moves, meeting rooms and workplace technologies.
• Handle device‑lifecycle tasks such as deployments and refreshes.
• Participate in a fortnightly shift rotation covering 7:00 am–7:00 pm, Monday‑Friday, with occasional on‑call duties outside standard hours.
