IT Support Technician – Onsite Contract (Melbourne)

About the role
PC Repair Centre is seeking experienced onsite IT Support Technicians to service residential and small‑business clients across Melbourne. You will work independently, visiting customer locations to diagnose and resolve a variety of hardware and software issues.
Key responsibilities
- Perform desktop and laptop repairs, including hardware replacements and diagnostics.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Provide Microsoft 365 and Outlook support, including account configuration and migration.
- Diagnose and resolve Wi‑Fi and networking problems.
- Install new PCs, set up printers, and configure peripherals.
- Execute data transfers, backups, and migration tasks.
- Deliver general IT support for small‑business environments.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an IT technician delivering on‑site support.
- Own reliable vehicle and a current Australian driver’s licence.
- Possess an ABN, public liability insurance, personal tools and a mobile phone.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional customer‑facing demeanor.

- Data transfer and backup procedures
- Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server (preferred)
