About the role
We are seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support Professional who can blend strong technical ability with exceptional customer service. The role involves supporting a diverse user base, from everyday staff to C‑Level executives and VIP stakeholders, in fast‑paced operational environments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical assistance across Service Desk and Desktop Support functions.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues end‑to‑end.
- Support high‑profile users, including executives and VIPs, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Prioritise and manage multiple tickets simultaneously while maintaining clear communication.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of IT support experience.
- Proven experience in both Service Desk and Desktop Support environments.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and stay calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and professionalism when interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in mining or oil & gas settings is highly regarded.
