IT Support Coordinator – Melbourne

About the role

Valiram Australia is looking for an IT Support Coordinator to join its Melbourne Support Office. You will provide first‑ and second‑level technical assistance to corporate staff and support the technology needs of the national retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day IT support for Melbourne office users, troubleshooting hardware, software and system issues.
• Configure, install and maintain laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, mobile devices and related equipment.
• Manage user accounts, passwords and access rights in Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
• Support office network connectivity, Wi‑Fi, meeting‑room technology and collaboration platforms.
• Assist with employee onboarding and off‑boarding, including equipment allocation and system access.
• Liaise with external IT vendors to resolve incidents and maintain service levels.
• Provide remote support to retail stores, escalating issues when necessary.
• Help with technology requirements for new store openings, office moves and projects.
• Maintain accurate IT asset registers, software licences and equipment inventory.
• Document procedures, user guides and troubleshooting resources while ensuring compliance with security standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IT Support, Help Desk or Desktop Support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to support users of varying technical levels.
• Well‑organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
