IT Support Analyst (Onsite)

About the role

Join a fun and supportive team at Marsh, providing onsite technical support to colleagues in Adelaide. This permanent full‑time position involves assisting with workstation setup, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software in line with KPIs and SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Offer support through in‑person, phone, chat and virtual channels.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops and related hardware/software.
• Respond to incidents, escalate when needed and document per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate inventory of local hardware assets.
• Assist with moves, disconnects and reconnections of equipment.
• Participate in occasional weekend or after‑hours work for critical events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of related IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and related tools.
• Understanding of Active Directory and Exchange environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
