Strategic Technical Product Manager

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Strategic Technical Product Manager to join its Risk Tech Asia & Pacific team in Sydney. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office and reports to the regional CIO.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology leaders to shape priorities, identify high‑value change opportunities and translate them into practical solutions.
• Lead AI‑enabled delivery from problem framing through production, ensuring adoption and measurable business impact.
• Build, coach and support a small team of forward‑deployed engineers and AI business analysts embedded with the business.
• Manage budget, resources and delivery trade‑offs while maintaining governance, security, risk and operational controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience translating business strategy into technology roadmaps and delivering digital capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technology, product or AI initiatives from discovery to production.
• Strong consultative approach with the confidence to challenge the status quo constructively.
• Experience influencing outcomes across complex, matrixed stakeholder environments.
