IT Project Manager

About the role

The IT Project Manager will plan, coordinate and deliver projects across the IT Operations space while owning the enterprise operations roadmap in partnership with the Director of Operations. Working closely with senior IT leaders and the Technical Project Analyst, you will bring structure, momentum and clear communication to initiatives that improve IT Service Management and broader business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small‑to‑medium IT projects spanning desktop, systems, infrastructure and service‑management initiatives.
• Own the enterprise operations roadmap, including business system implementations such as Employment Hero.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource needs and success criteria; track risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
• Coordinate technical delivery with the Platforms & Infrastructure Lead and ensure alignment with production pipeline and R&D initiatives.
• Balance fast‑paced production requirements with operational and security needs, scheduling changes to minimise disruption.
• Champion a collaborative, “can‑do” culture, communicating openly and building strong relationships across the studio.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with a few years of project‑management experience.
• Organised, proactive and eager to grow in a fast‑moving studio environment.
• Ability to keep projects well‑scoped, well‑run and delivered without disrupting production.
