IT Engineer II – Device & SaaS Administration

About the role

As an IT Engineer II in the Security & IT Operations team, you will own the management of employee devices and core business applications, ensuring a seamless and secure technology experience for all staff throughout their employment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administer corporate laptop fleet (macOS and Windows) via a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform.
• Manage core SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack and Okta.
• Identify and automate repetitive IT operational tasks.
• Serve as escalation point for Level 1 support, diagnosing complex hardware, software and network issues.
• Develop and maintain runbooks and provide training to Level 1 technicians.
• Assist in evidence gathering and reporting for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in an IT Analyst or Systems Administrator role.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive security mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non‑technical users.

Required skills

• IAM & SaaS administration (Okta, Entra, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Endpoint management with MDM solutions (Microsoft Intune, Kandji).
• Advanced troubleshooting of macOS and Windows 11 environments.
• Scripting for automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Familiarity with IaC concepts and tools such as Terraform.
• Corporate networking basics (Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Zero Trust principles).
