IT Application Developer (SAP)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Application Developer (SAP) to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology (EST) business area. In this role you will design, build, test and maintain a range of IT applications while managing resources to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical and administrative activities for SAP and related applications.
• Allocate and manage resources to guarantee efficient and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with business partners on ERP systems that span on‑premise and cloud environments.
• Work with platforms such as SAP, OpenText, BTP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Fieldglass and other internally developed applications.
• Participate in development support processes, including release, change, configuration, incident and issue management.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support less‑experienced staff.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience with SAP and enterprise application development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business partners and technical teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude toward improvement.
