About the role

333 Capital is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join its growing Melbourne team. You will work alongside a senior advisory group on all phases of M&A transactions, gaining direct client exposure from day one and contributing to high‑impact deals.

Key responsibilities

• Support transaction execution across the deal lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models.
• Conduct valuation analysis and market research.
• Coordinate and manage due‑diligence processes.
• Prepare reports, presentations and sell‑side transaction materials.
• Analyse business models, sector dynamics and strategic positioning.

Required profile

• Up to two years’ experience in investment banking, corporate advisory or a related corporate‑finance role within a professional services firm.
• Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or a related discipline.
• Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality work and superior client service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
