About the role
An excellent opportunity for a high‑performing analyst to step into a senior analyst role within a well‑established investment banking platform in Melbourne. You will work closely with experienced senior bankers and gain exposure to public M&A and an active transaction pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Build and review financial models, valuations and transaction analyses.
- Support buyer and seller due diligence processes.
- Prepare information memoranda, presentations and board materials.
- Assist with transaction execution across public and private M&A.
- Participate in client meetings and coordinate with advisers and other stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of M&A experience in an investment bank, advisory firm or Big Four corporate finance team.
- Strong academic record with a Distinction average or above.
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and deliver high‑quality work.
- Full working rights in Australia.
