International Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Based at Southbank HQ in Melbourne, the International Logistics Coordinator will manage the flow of imported finished goods and materials from the wharf to site. The role ensures accurate coordination across planning, commercial imports, site teams and external logistics providers to achieve perfect order outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international logistics for imported goods, aligning delivery commitments with site requirements.
• Manage wharf cartage movements, integrating RCCP inputs and detailed site delivery schedules.
• Process transactions, goods receipts, work orders and purchase orders to keep inventory aligned.
• Maintain consolidated import/export documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
• Monitor logistics cost risks such as container detention and support budget delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in an FMCG supply chain or international logistics environment with a strong customer‑service focus.
• Practical knowledge of import/export processes and a commitment to on‑time delivery.
• Clear communication and influencing skills across management, operations and external partners.
