International B2B Marketing Manager

About the role

OpenTable is seeking a strategic, highly autonomous Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end content strategy, growth‑hacking projects and customer engagement campaigns across international B2B dining and hospitality markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and scale high‑impact growth‑hacking systems and campaigns to accelerate B2B customer acquisition and expansion.
• Plan and produce B2B content campaigns (research, case studies, gated assets) that convert decision‑makers into qualified pipeline.
• Own and optimise content strategy, email and website creation, and lead‑gen campaigns for maximum engagement.
• Maintain robust end‑to‑end B2B lead tracking, reporting and multi‑channel attribution frameworks.
• Leverage AI tools and predictive analytics to enhance audience segmentation, personalisation and workflow efficiency.
• Lead rapid A/B and multivariate testing roadmaps to improve conversion rates, ROI and customer lifetime value.

Required profile

• 8+ years of growth, lifecycle or performance marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to connect multi‑channel attribution, full‑funnel lead tracking and campaign performance measurement.
• Track record of producing B2B content that drives lead generation, not just brand awareness.
• Hands‑on experience building landing pages, web assets and email campaigns.
• Experience with international B2B growth and cross‑cultural collaboration.
