Internal Marketing Manager

About the role

Yo Media is looking for an Internal Marketing Manager to drive the next stage of growth for its agency. This is a full-time, remote position based in Australia, focused on creating and executing marketing strategies across all channels such as Google Ads, social media, video and podcasting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage lead generation strategies across multiple marketing channels.
• Oversee inbound and outbound marketing, including gifts-based outreach.
• Lead and manage internal and external resources to deliver the campaigns.
• Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet targets.
• Attend weekly meetings to review progress and adjust strategy as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in a digital marketing agency with knowledge of the key marketing channels.
• Proven ability to generate leads and meet targets.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Up-to-date with current digital marketing trends.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Asana, Google Suite and WordPress is a plus; training is provided if you are not already familiar with them.
