Internal Communications Specialist

About the role

Join Fluence's global Internal Communications team to create engaging content that connects employees to the company’s strategy, culture, and mission. You will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to support executive communications, employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and key communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of global internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Create and distribute content across internal channels, including leadership communications and company‑wide announcements.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop clear, impactful messaging.
• Assist with internal events, campaigns, intranet content, and manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing, communications, or change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editing capabilities.
• Experience working with senior leaders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with communication tools used for internal messaging.
