Interior Designer

About the role

BELL Architecture is looking for an Interior Designer to join its growing Adelaide studio. You will create functional, engaging and visually compelling environments for workplace, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects across South Australia and beyond, working closely with architects, clients, consultants and builders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, workplace strategies and space-planning solutions
• Prepare drawing packages, schedules and project documentation using Revit
• Select and specify finishes, fixtures, furniture and materials to suit project objectives and budgets
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders
• Take part in client workshops, presentations and project meetings
• Coordinate documentation in line with Australian Standards and NCC requirements
• Support project delivery from concept through to handover

Required profile

• Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• 3+ years of professional experience in Australia
• Experience delivering commercial, workplace, industrial or mixed-use projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Strong documentation and coordination abilities
• A keen eye for detail and a practical approach to problem-solving
