Integrated Supply Planner

About the role

Join Bega Group’s partnership with Woolworths as an Integrated Supply Planner, working either in Melbourne, Sydney or remotely. This hybrid, full‑time position (7 am‑3:30 pm) focuses on ensuring iconic products are consistently available on shelves nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Drive best‑in‑class availability across distribution centres and stores using smart replenishment systems.
• Conduct daily root‑cause analysis to identify and resolve out‑of‑stock situations.
• Leverage customer data insights to improve data integrity and implement lasting solutions.
• Achieve days‑of‑supply targets through disciplined replenishment and purchasing strategies.
• Manage product allocation, delivery creation, picking and order dispatch for seamless operations.
• Own the new‑product‑development critical path within the assigned category.

Required profile

• Experience in replenishment or supply/demand planning within FMCG or retail.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly detail‑oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proven ability to resolve complex issues in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP, preferably in supply chain and logistics modules.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and report building.
