Integrated Logistics & Product Support Consultant

About the role

The ILS/IPS Consultant will join BiORG’s Canberra team to develop and implement Integrated Logistics Support and Integrated Product Support strategies for complex defence and asset‑based projects. Working on‑site, you will collaborate with engineering, maintenance and project stakeholders to ensure lifecycle support aligns with Defence standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute ILS and IPS plans across the full capability lifecycle.
• Conduct detailed logistics analyses and supportability engineering activities.
• Prepare and review support plans, maintenance concepts and inputs for technical publications.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with relevant standards and frameworks.
• Contribute to training initiatives and continuous improvement of BiORG methodologies.
• Provide responsive support to client requirements throughout project phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience with ILS/IPS in defence or complex asset environments.
• Familiarity with Defence standards, regulations and asset management frameworks.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, logistics, asset management or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
