Integrated Logistics Manager

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to lead logistics activities for the JNT09141 COMSEC Modernisation Program and related acquisition projects. Reporting to Program and Acquisition Project Managers, you will ensure systems are supportable, sustainable and ready for operational use.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and facilitation of Integrated Logistics Support Working Groups (ILSWGs).
• Develop, review and maintain ILS documentation such as ILSP, ILSI, PSA, CEMI and PCA.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across Defence, project teams, sustainment organisations and industry partners.
• Manage document endorsement processes, approvals and transition plans for capability hand‑over.
• Identify training requirements, develop training plans and support capability uplift activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Integrated Logistics Support Manager or senior ILS practitioner in Defence or complex engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of Defence acquisition, capability delivery and sustainment frameworks.
• Ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication skills for senior stakeholder and Government submissions.

Required skills

• Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation and artefact management.
• Knowledge of COMSEC, communications systems and ICT.
• Experience with Defence ILS processes and transition planning.
