About the role
Join Aussie’s high‑performing retail stores as an In‑store Mortgage Broker, helping customers in Chatswood and Brookvale navigate the home‑loan journey from search to settlement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage walk‑ins, online leads and in‑store appointments with high‑intent customers.
- Guide customers through the entire home‑loan process, from application to settlement.
- Submit deals to the in‑house processing team, allowing you to focus on client relationships.
- Contribute to local marketing initiatives and leverage referral income from buyer’s agents and conveyancing services.
Required profile
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain before start, with support).
- Background in sales or customer service.
- Drive to grow the retail store’s performance.
- Passion for helping customers achieve home‑ownership.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
