Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Hometime is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to convert inbound property owner enquiries into managed short‑term rental listings across Australia. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners, building rapport and guiding them through the listing process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads, qualify property suitability and secure signed management agreements.
• Conduct high‑quality sales conversations primarily by phone, supported by email and video.
• Manage opportunities through defined sales stages, ensuring timely follow‑ups and clear next steps.
• Collaborate with local Host partners and internal teams to ensure smooth handover from sale to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, keeping the CRM pipeline clean and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years experience in inside sales, inbound sales, customer success or phone‑based sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable working in a structured, fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Based in Brisbane and able to work onsite or hybrid as needed.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system, preferably HubSpot.
